 This edible crystal Infused at the Tonka bean is ideal for all those who love the notes of Vanilla and cinnamon.

We let Tonka beans infuse for 24 hours before preparing the aircraft, which allows us to be able to extract their aromas.

Once our crystals are edible hand -shaped, we let them dry hanging 7 to 10 days and it is this period of time that will allow sugar to crystallize but also the aromas to develop even more.

Conservation

Our crystals have a 2 -month DDM.

To best preserve your crystals, It is advisable to remove them from their original sachet upon receipt And keep them in a dry place, out of humidity, to avoid any risk of mold.

Do not put in the fridge.
